Mike Carter -
I have an extensive background in customer service with years of retail
experience. My experience at World Watersports and Divers Direct (the
world's largest retailer of scuba diving equipment) gave me great exposure
into building and growing the number one web site for scuba diving equipment.
This business background and customer service philosophy will serve Roatan
Life Customers well whether I am taking care of your house or making your
vacation one to remember. I look forward to working with you.
Gene DeMarco -
I am familiar with the challenges and opportunities of island living.
I have managed resorts from Cayman to Key West. One of the things these
experiences have taught me is that things work differently on an island.
From making sure that our guests are well cared for, to making sure that
our rental homes are well maintained, I am here to make certain that your
stay with us is time well spent. We want you to return time and again
and tell your friends and family what a great vacation you had with us
in Roatan.
Tyrone McField -
I am a native of Roatan and also a boat captain for the premier resort
on the island. I have an extensive knowledge of all water sports. I enjoy
meeting people and making new friends and have an attitude and service
philosophy that insure Roatan Life customers are well taken care of.
Kayleen Daniel -
Kayleen Daniel is a native of the Spring Garden area of Roatan. She has
been with Roatan Life Vacation Rentals since January of 2007 and is a
great asset to the team where she helps in accounting, banking, reception
and administration. Kayleen is married with children. During her free
time she enjoys taking walks with her family and going to the beach. Kayleen
is a graduate from the Adventist school here in Roatan and has also studied
at the University.
Juliette Woods -
Juliette Woods is from the Sandy Bay area of Roatan where her family
has long standing family ties to that area. Juliette is responsible for
administration which includes banking, filing, and reception. She also
spends a lot of time handling local errand business which is always a
challenge here in Roatan.
Liz Holland -
Liz is originally from England and has lived here for many years now.
She was previously a dive instructor all over the world before joining the
Property Management industry in her favorite place of Roatan. She has a
daughter, Asha who is 7 years old. Liz is married to an Islander, and is
finishing building her house in West End. Liz takes care of Reservations,
Customer Arrivals and Departures, and Concierge Services.
Mark Flanigan -
Hi I am Mark Flanigan the Concierge here at Roatan Vacation Rentals. I help our customers with arranging all manner of activities and services here on Roatan. I often find that we have the best success with guests that I begin to work with before they arrive, to help plan their time and get an idea of what to do and the best times to do it.
I originally came to Roatan in 2005 with the intention of staying for 3 months – and never left! Growing up in a military family, I have had the opportunity to live in Germany, Spain, and around the USA. I have visited over 40 different countries and now call Roatan my home. I worked for 3 years as a SCUBA diving instructor in Roatan and also operated my own restaurant/bar for over 2 years. In addition to my work with Roatan Life Vacation Rentals, I am also the Program Director for a local non-profit organization called SOL International Foundation. We have a staff of well trained, friendly maids that are sure to meet your housekeeping needs and insure your villa is perfect for your arrival. We also offer maid service on a daily, weekly schedule for longer term tenants and owner residents.
